Vision
To help children, educators, and professionals rediscover what it means to be fully present, fully alive, and fully capable—through a structured, research-informed framework built around awe, attention, and agency. Unlike traditional Social and Emotional Learning or mindset programs, the Emergence of Awe program is derived from the philosophy from the book of the same title by co-founder Hayk Sarkissian, which places awe, flow, and adaptability at the heart of learning—encouraging pupils not just to succeed, but to experience the joy of learning deeply, purposefully, and reflectively in a collaborative way.
Why Now?

Objective:
To design, develop, and encourage a transformative curriculum and approach to thinking for both children and adults The Emergence of Awe program’s core aim is to cultivate a Flow Mindset—the psychological state of full immersion, deep purpose, and intrinsic motivation—across educational and professional settings.
The Emergence of Awe is a transformative curriculum designed to reconnect learners with purpose, attention, connection and inspiration. By weaving together all subjects such as history, science, the arts and philosophy it helps people, and those who teach them cultivate depth, resilience, and joy in their continuous learning journey not just in school but throughout their lives. This is not just a program; it is a movement toward a more meaningful, mindful, and human education.
